4.Phosphorcoating: coat evenlyover the inner wall of the tube by a preparation of phosphor anddry to fix.
5.Bakingglass envelope/tube: hightemperature oxidation and remove impurities easily from phosphorcoating.
6.Weldingprocess: weld in halfof the tube to be a semi-finished tube by a specialequipment.
7.Annealprocess: heating tocool and remove a semi-finished tube stress.
8.Exhaustprocess: put mercuryamalgam to assist it, all air must be excluded and swap in workinggas.
9.Sealingprocess: detachedfrom the exhaust machine and cut off the air and then finished theprocess of glass envelope/tube.
